2. Contract Forming Process.
In placing an order on https://www.directwarehouselimited.co.uk by clicking on 'confirm' you are making an offer to purchase the goods listed in the order at the price stated in the order. The Direct Warehouse Limited reserves the right to accept or decline this offer. If the offer is accepted (and the contract concluded) you will either be sent an email to confirm that the goods have been dispatched to your stated delivery address, or contacted by phone/email to arrange a delivery date for your goods. The contents of your shopping basket can be viewed and edited at any time during the purchasing process by clicking on the basket icon on the top right-hand side of the page. Prior to submission of your order any personal details - for instance, billing address, credit card number - can be edited by returning to the checkout screen. If you wish to correct any input errors after submitting your order this can be done by emailing email@example.com with details of your name, order number, postcode and any changes required.
We endeavour to indicate if an item is unavailable for any reason. In the event that you order an item which we subsequently discover is unavailable, we will contact you and let you know when we anticipate that the item will become available. You can then decide whether to continue with your order, cancel your order (in which case we will refund any monies paid by you), or place an order for an alternative item.
At Direct Warehouse Limited we take every care to ensure that all of our products are fairly described and make every effort to display a true representative of colour/shade but as colour reproduction depends on your computer/device monitor, Direct Warehouse Limited cannot guarantee that your display is accurate to the actual product. Please note that all photographs and illustrations are representative only. All measurements are approximate.

In the event that you order an item and the price published on the Site was incorrect for any reason, we will contact you to let you know the correct price and ask you whether you still wish us to fulfil your order at this price. Whenever we refer to the previous price of any item on the Site, that item will have been offered for general sale at that price for 28 consecutive days in the previous 6 months at one of our high street stores or on this site.
You may pay for your order in any of the following ways:

9. Right to cancel, Returns and Refunds.
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of delivery for all items. If you wish to cancel your order within this period please complete the Return Form which will be provided to you with your order and email us on firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange the return of the item(s). If you have lost your Return Form please email and we will be able to assist you.
In the event that you cancel an order before the items have been despatched to you, we will give you a full refund of any monies paid within ten days to a maximum of 30 days of receipt of notification from you that you wish to cancel your order. In the event that you cancel an order after the items have been despatched to you, we will refund the value of the items to you within ten days of your having returned the items to us in an unused re-saleable condition.

Please note that your right to return items to us in accordance with these terms and conditions is in addition to any other statutory rights you may have.
If any of these terms and conditions are found to be invalid this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions which shall remain fully enforceable. No waiver by us of any term shall be deemed to be continuing or shall be deemed to be a waiver of any other term.
